My journalism career started junior year of high school. I did weekly news packages for WMC, the Memphis NBC-affiliate television station. In 2019, I won a National Student Production Award in the sports programming category, and I was a nominee in the general assignment - serious news category. I was also a Hometown Media Awards winner from 2018-2020.
